Return& Refund Policy

Protecting our environment and reducing pollution is one of our biggest goals. That is why we are not only trying to be more and more conscious in choosing our materials, but also trying to make the returns process more sustainable.
To achieve this, we all have to pull together.
Therefore, we ask you to choose exactly which garments you want to order before you place your order. Please do not order 3 different sizes if you are unsure about the right fit. In such cases, you can easily contact our customer support by mail (service@thermalpant.com), who can give you more detailed information to find the right size.
Please be aware that every return has an impact on the environment and will have a lasting effect on it. Should you still wish to return the product, our email support will work with you to find a suitable solution on how we can minimize the impact on the environment together.
In addition, to do something for the community, we donate a portion of all returns directly to a clothing drive.
Your Product Does Not Fit Properly?
Please make sure that you already tried to stretch the material slightly by wearing them. If you are having trouble to put on a pair of tights or leggings, please try to stretch material before.
We at The Thermalpant are convinced of the quality of our products and therefore offer a 60-days warranty on all our items.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Your return will be reviewed and you are going to receive a new product free of charge in case of a warranty claim.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
What Does Warranty Claim Mean?
A warranty claim means that your product has been produced or delivered in an imperfect condition that explicitly impairs the use of the product, such as holes or disturbing seams. It does not include any damage caused by a mechanical action of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A normal return does not contain any processing fees besides the return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
